BACKGROUND <<
Past: Minako was born into a family of pilots, sister to five-year-old Akemi. The two were never separated; the older one even stayed in Minako's room while she slept. They played games together, watched television together; everything.
Minako learned to fly a plane at the age of ten, her father being the teacher. She picked up fast, and was soon flying two-seated planes like it was nothing more than walking. Her sister, whom was fifteen, taught her how to fly a helicopter; if possible, she was better at flying the helicopter. With enough altitude, she was soon able to make the copter do backflips.
At the ages of eighteen and twelve, Akemi and Minako would fly little two-person planes above the skies together, flying above the lands in helicopters.
Piloting is in their blood, and is what they're best at.

"Well, Akemi," Minako said, smiling to her older sister, cheeks reddened, tears streming down her face. "Guess this is goodbye for now." She adjusted the strap of her bookbag on her shoulder.
Akemi wiped the tears from her own eyes, and smiled. "Minako," she began, "Call... when you get to the hotel."
The younger of the two reached into her pocket, and pulled forth a smooth, silver cell phone. "Speed dial, babeh~," she stated, singing at the last word. She pocketed the phone.
Akemi laughed a little, and stepped forword, putting her arms around her sister. "Call often, Sis," she told her, leaning her head on her shoulder.
Minako put her arms around her, patting her back. "I will," she promised.
They separated, exchanged smiles.
Akemi watched as her sister turned around, and walked across the helipad to her sleek, silver helicopter. She stuffed her bag in behind the pilot's seat, and slipped inside. She took one last look back, put on her goggles, and slammed the door shut.
She shot a thumbs-up to her sister as the blades began to rotate; Akemi didn't flinch as the winds of the copter picked up speed, and took off.How about something heart-warming? ^__^
